My Approach
I consider myself eclectic in my therapeutic approach and do my best to individualize the therapy experience based on individual needs. I draw from a variety of techniques and theoretical approaches. In my experience, one type of therapy is not best for all situations. Being able to draw from a wide range of therapy techniques can make for a better counseling session and make a greater impact in a shorter amount of time.
